Students will learn basic sculpting and construction techniques as they explore the world of art in three dimensions! They will refine their observational and problem-solving skills while establishing a personal artistic process by discovering new ways of combining and applying materials.  We’ll take a look at 3D works by other artists, and make sculptures out of a variety of materials including clay, paint, polymer clay, wire, board, found objects and paper machè.
