Class Gallery

A professional painter will lead students on a journey of artistic experimentation with a variety of water-based painting media including gouache, tempera, watercolor and acrylic paint. Along the way, students will be introduced to traditional and nontraditional principles and techniques while gaining confidence in their personal approach to a given painting media.  Students will work from observation as well as from imagination and will establish an understanding of the possibilities and limitations of paint.

PREREQUISITE:  Drawing class or equivalent experience

*Monthly fees are based on four classes occurring in one month. For months in which a class occurs five times, the class prorata is multiplied x5. If a class falls on a holiday, the student will not be charged for that week. No make-up class is necessary.
