Trial Class FAQs
When can we start?
Right away! Just let us know if your student enjoyed the trial and you'd like to move ahead with enrolling. We'll prorate your first month's tuition (calculated at $25 per week) and process its payment along with a $50 non-refundable deposit* to confirm your enrollment.
How long does the class run?
Weekly classes run year-round, pausing briefly for summer break (temporarily become inactive during that period) then resuming immediately after Labor Day. You may choose to schedule a month-end drop or transfer at any time (subject to terms outlined below).
Why is a deposit required? Will I get it back?
The non-refundable deposit guarantees your student's spot on the roster indefinitely until you choose to drop from the class. It will be applied toward payment of your final month's tuition when you submit the required drop request form at least one active month prior to your month-end drop date.
How do we pay and when?
Classes are billed monthly with auto-payment scheduled for the first day of each month.
What if we miss a class? Can we make it up?
Please submit an absence in advance so that it qualifies for a makeup. A variety of makeup options is available. One makeup per lesson will be accommodated for a submitted absence. Makeup FAQs.
Do we still have art class when school is out?
Most of the time, yes. Please check the school year calendar for specific dates. Keep in mind that Mon-Fri classes temporarily pause (become "inactive") during the summer break and automatically resume the day after Labor Day so please manage your enrollment accordingly--if you plan to drop from class at the end of June, you'll need to submit the drop request form no later than May 31.
Can we transfer to a different class?
Yes, you may schedule a month-end transfer into a different class by completing and submitting a transfer request form.
How do we drop from the class?
Simply complete and submit the drop request form at least one active month prior to your intended month-end drop date.
