WEEKLY CLASSES | GENERAL INFO
Overview
Weekly classes (general art, drawing, painting, clay, manga, video game art, and digital illustration) are offered online for ages 4 - 18. The non-linear curriculum allows for new students to join a class at any time throughout the year (a new lesson unit begins each month).
Enrollment
Weekly classes are offered year-round. (Monday-Friday classes will go on hiatus for summer and resume in the fall.) Enrollment is always open throughout the year so you may start and stop at any time. Please note that enrollment is ongoing, and one month notice is required to withdraw from a weekly class.
Fees
Initial enrollment fees include your first month's tuition (prorated according to start date) and a $40 enrollment deposit. Tuition is ongoing, and invoiced monthly. Auto-payment is processed on the 1st of each month for that coming month.
Withdrawing from a Class
End of month withdrawal will be provided when a withdrawal form is submitted during the month prior to the first of the final month attending. Mid-month withdrawals are not permitted.
Missing a Class
Missed classes will not be credited nor reimbursed.
Catching up from a Missed In-Person Class
Students are permitted one catch-up session per four-week period for an excused absence. To qualify as an excused absence, we must receive notice from you prior to the class you'll miss (via email to classes.museo@live.com or online). Verbal notification of absence or "no shows" are not eligible for a catch-up session. Catch-ups are not available for missed online classes. The instructor will work with the student when they return to class to get caught up on what they missed.
