withdraw from a camp
In the event that a closure is mandated on a scheduled camp date, enrolled students will have the following options:
1) transfer to a future camp or class
2) withdraw and receive a full refund* (5% processing fee will be assessed if paid by credit card)
3) hold payment on your account as a credit to be used toward a future camp or class of your choice
*Indicates an exception to our standard policy .
NOTE: All other withdrawals (for any reason) are subject to the standard policy outlined below.
STANDARD WITHDRAWAL POLICY
All withdrawals from a camp are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Minimum 30-day electronic notice of withdrawal must be submitted via the online withdrawal form on this page to cancel registration and receive a refund (less 25% cancellation fee).
Cancellations made within 30 days of event will receive a credit of paid amount, less the 25% cancellation fee, that may be applied toward a future class or purchase in the studio.
All credits are void after 90 days if not applied to another purchase. Refunds/credits will not be given if withdrawing after the class/event start date.
