withdraw from a camp
In the event that a closure is mandated on a scheduled camp date, enrolled students will have the following options:
1) transfer to a future camp or class
2) withdraw and receive a full refund* (5% processing fee will be assessed)
3) hold payment on your account as a credit for up to 90 days to be used toward a future camp or class of your choice
*Indicates an exception to our standard policy .
NOTE: All other withdrawals (for any reason) are subject to the standard policy outlined below.
STANDARD WITHDRAWAL POLICY
UP TO 30 DAYS PRIOR TO CAMP START DATE:
Cancelation/withdrawal from a camp is subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Notification of withdrawal must be submitted via this form no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled camp start date/time to cancel and receive a refund, less the 25% cancellation fee.
UP TO SEVEN DAYS PRIOR TO CAMP START DATE:
Refund will not be issued for a cancelation/withdrawal made within the 30 days prior to the camp date. A credit, less the 25% cancellation fee, will be applied to the student’s account when the notification of cancelation/withdrawal is received via this form no later than seven days prior to the camp date. The credit may be applied toward a future class or camp and is void after 90 days if not used.
WITHIN THE SEVEN DAYS PRIOR TO CAMP START DATE:
Credit will not be provided and 100% of payment will be forfeited for a drop within seven days of camp start date/time or after, or for a "no show".
