Museo Art Academy (“Museo Art Academy,” “Museo,” "we," or "our") is committed to protecting any personal information that we maintain about you. Information We Collect & How
(a) Personal Information. We may collect personal information, such as your name, address, telephone numbers, email addresses, home address, or other identifiers that you may provide in the course of registering an account, completing a form, or transaction on our site or with our client management service.
(b) Billing Information. When you create an account with us and register for a class, camp, workshop, event or party, we require your billing information in order to process the transaction. Billing information includes your name, address, telephone number, credit card details, and other information necessary to process the transaction.
We will retain the last 4 digits of your credit card number, credit card type, name, address, and some other billing information, so that you may identify that card used in the future. Museo Art Academy or our client management service does not store your full credit card number or CVV2; this information is discarded after your transaction has been processed.
Our authorized payment processor will store your payment information on their secure payment gateway for as long as you would like, or as long as you have an account with us.
All transactions are processed over an industry standard SSL/TLS connection, with a minimum of 128-bit encryption.
(c) Other User Information. When you access our website, we automatically log information, such as a user's IP address, domain name, browser type, date and time of access, and other log file data. This information may be used to analyze trends or administer our website. We may collect statistical or non-personally-identifiable information about our users, such as which pages are visited, how long a visitor stays on a particular page, the website from which a user came to our site, or similar such information. We also may collect aggregate information such as the total number of unique or return visitors to our site, using our application, or visiting a particular page in a given time frame. We may use this information to measure the use of our sites and applications and to improve our content. We partner with a third party to manage our advertising on other sites.
