Administrator (part-time or full-time)

Location: Issaquah Studio ​
As our Administrator, you’ll be the critical point person for our students--assisting them as needed and managing all back-end aspects of enrollment (processing registrations, transfers, drops, etc.). You'll also work closely with our programs team to grow enrollment and maximize retention. and makeups then providing confirmations to clients in a clear and concise manner. This includes utilizing our robust class management tool to generate standardized reports, analyze data, and further streamline processes.  

Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the following:
  • Oversee all aspects of client account management
  • Thoroughly review/process incoming registrations/enrollment, identify and resolve any concerns
  • Coordinate and confirm class transfers, makeups, extended absences
  • Frequently monitor enrollment levels across all programs
  • Pull customized reports for analysis

Requirements:
  • Enthusiastic, outgoing, friendly personality--enjoys interracting with and helping people
  • Minimum three years of customer service related experience
  • Organized with exceptional detail-oriented skills
  • Reliable, responsive, self-driven, proactive
  • Able to work cooperatively and collaboratively
  • Impeccable communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Computer savvy, able to learn new software programs quickly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office apps 

Work schedule--ideally targeting the following:
Part-time option (16-24 hrs/wk)
  • Tue - Fri, 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM and/or Sat, 10 AM - 4 PM
Full-time option (starting at 32 hrs/wk)
  • Tue - Fri, 12 PM - 7:30 PM and Sat, 10 AM - 5 PM
We can consider modifications to this targeted schedule for a well-qualified candidate in need of flexibility.
If part-time option is selected, this role provides an opportunity for increased hours and an earlier schedule during Jul/Aug.


Compensation:
$22-26/hr + performance-based bonus

Benefits (30 hr/wk or more):
