Programs Manager (full-time)
Location: Issaquah, WA
As Programs Manager, you'll be responsible for the development and successful execution of our ever-growing programs. You'll ensure that our programming consists of a wide variety of opportunities for students to explore a high quality, long-term learning path. The work schedule for this role is somewhat flexible though maximizing in-studio time that overlaps with active programming will be beneficial. A hybrid schedule (remote and in-person combo) can be accommodated. Note that the bulk of our school year (Sep-Jun) programming runs Mon-Fri, 4:30 PM - 7:45 PM and Sat, 10:15 AM - 3:00 PM while summer (Jul-Aug) programs adjust to Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM and Sat, 10:15 AM - 3:00 PM.
COVID-19 Policy: For the time being, staff is required to wear masks while working in the building. Must be comfortable wearing and communicating with a mask on. Students who pass a self health screening are not required to wear a mask.
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. PTO. Bonus.

Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the following:
- Build upon existing curriculum, refine lessons and curate more diverse content
- Recruit and supervise instructors and studio interns
- Manage programming schedule
- Update and ensure regular backup of program assets including curricula, resources, and images
- Manage supplies (purchasing, inventory, allocation, maintenance)
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of related work experience.
- Working knowledge of the visual art-making process including drawing, painting, ceramics, and mixed media.
- Solid leadership skills. Self-driven. Positive and proactive mindset. Able to "see the big picture", develop a detailed game plan, and execute it with precision.
- Exceptional project management and communication skils.
- Enthusiastic team player. Able to work cooperatively and collaboratively.
- Computer savvy. Able to learn new programs quickly. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.)
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects.
