Happy HeARTs Note Card Order Form

If you have more than one student whose card set you'd like to purchase, please fill out one order form per student.
All cards must be pre-ordered and prepaid by March 31. All net proceeds go to Art with Heart.

Each set contains 25 (5"x7") note cards and envelopes.

Card sets will be available for pick-up on Friday, April 28 between 6pm – 8pm at our Happy HeARTs Fundraiser taking place at our Issaquah studio location. If you will NOT be able to make it to this event, please email [email protected] to make other pick-up arrangements.
